Mark Davis
and Todd Gutridge first met in New York when they were playing together
in a band called Toledo. It wasn't long before they realized their musical
styles blended perfectly. After Toledo, Todd began recording and putting
songs together at his studio. Mark started his own band and began honing
his vocal and musical style, but always felt something was missing. A
few years back they were at a party together and began discussing their
individual projects. The word "collaboration" came up and the
two began working together. In the fall of 2000, they added the smooth
sounds of long-time friend Ed Matthiack on bass, and the percussive talents
of seasoned veteran Chris DeRosa on drums, and Air-o-sol was born. |
